Do you propose a Key One model for other disciplines ?
We would like to offer the Key One for all athletes using track and field spikes. Whether you're a high jumper, triple jumper or javelin thrower, you deserve to take advantage of this innovation and make your off-track walking easier.
However, we need help to start manufacturing new models. To help us, we can write to us here. Contact and tell us your discipline.
What colours are available ?
Today, we sell a single black Key One model with a white design.
Can I run with Key One ?
KEY ONE oversoles were created to allow athletes to walk off the track comfortably, while reducing wear on their spikes. They are not made to run. However, after some user testing, we have noticed the quality of the grip of the insoles on the toes. They can therefore allow athletes to trot around with the oversoles on their feet. (non-guaranteed benefit)

My order
When will I recieve my order ?
The delivery of the order is done within 5 days in France and UE.
How do I track my order ?
Go to the link sent by Colissimo and clic on the tracking link. You can also see the status of your order in the customer area "account" and in the tab "My orders".
What I do if I don't like the order ?

You can pay with Apple Pay, PayPal or your credit card.
Can I combine 2 promo codes ?
No, you can only use 1 promo code.
How can I use my promo code ?
To take advantage of the promo code, select your item with the right parameters (sizes, quantity), then add it to your shopping cart. Once in the shopping cart, enter the promo code in the space provided and click on "Apply promo code". Then the amount of the shopping cart will be changed.
Where can I find my order ?
Go to your customer area "My Account", then click on the "Orders" tab.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Go to "My account" and click on "Forgotten password".
